We care about student privacy—and yours too. Invincible is designed for schools, families, and educators who want to support student care while keeping sensitive information secure. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Who We Are

Invincible is a secure communication and documentation platform for K–12 schools. We help school staff coordinate care for students with 504 Plans, IEPs, chronic health conditions, and behavioral needs. Our website is invincibleapp.com, and the Invincible App is available on the web and mobile.

2. What We Collect

We only collect information that’s necessary to provide our service.

From school staff:

  • Name, email, school name
  • Student care notes (entered by staff)
  • Communication preferences

From parents/families (optional):

  • Phone number or email (if invited to receive updates)
  • Messages or replies sent via the platform

From the website:

  • Basic analytics (like what pages you visited)
  • Form submissions (like demo requests)

We do not collect or store sensitive health data unless it’s entered intentionally by an authorized school user as part of a care log.

3. How We Use That Info

We use the info to:

  • Power real-time communication between staff and families
  • Help schools coordinate and follow through on care plans
  • Improve our product experience and support
  • Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot

We do not sell or share personal data. Ever.

4. Who Can See the Data

Access is controlled by your school.

  • School staff control who is invited to view or log student updates
  • Role-based permissions ensure people only see what they need
  • Parents/guardians only see updates about their own child (if granted access)

We act as a data processor—schools are the owners of their data.

5. How We Keep It Safe

We take security seriously:

  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Servers are hosted in secure U.S.-based environments
  • Access is limited to authorized users only
  • We follow industry best practices and align with FERPA and HIPAA guidelines

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Delete your information (if you’re not part of a school’s ongoing care plan)
  • Update your contact info
  • Stop receiving messages from Invincible
