Terms of Service

Welcome to Invincible! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InvincibleApp.com and the Invincible App (“Service”), provided by Founderbee Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Invincible, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Invincible on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

1. Who Can Use Invincible

Invincible is built for schools, staff, and families. To use it, you must:

  • Be 18 or older (or authorized by your institution)
  • Be a school staff member, family member invited by staff, or someone with permission to access student-related data
  • Use it only for lawful, school-related purposes

2. What You Can (and Can’t) Do

You agree to:

  • Only enter information you’re authorized to share
  • Respect the privacy of others
  • Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Not resell, duplicate, or reverse-engineer the Service

You’re responsible for any activity under your account.

3. Data Ownership and FERPA Compliance

Schools own the student data.

  • We act as a data processor under FERPA and HIPAA guidelines
  • We do not sell, share, or access student data unless required to support the service or by law
  • It’s up to your school to manage who has access to student records

4. Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

In short:

  • We encrypt all sensitive data
  • We follow security best practices
  • We don’t access your content unless you ask for help or there’s a legal obligation

5. Service Availability

We do our best to keep Invincible running smoothly. But:

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice
  • We aren’t liable for any loss if the platform is unavailable
  • You agree to use Invincible “as is,” without warranties

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Compromise the safety or performance of the Service
  • Use the platform in a way that’s unlawful or unauthorized

You can delete your account or request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
  • Claims arising from misuse or third-party access

8. Legal Stuff

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

By using Invincible, you agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, any legal action must take place in Cook County, IL.
